Before our first open house, I wanted to make another purse. I chose to use the fabric from this lovely jacket:
I used the back of the jacket to make the body of the purse. The front panels of the jacket provided the flap material as well as some snazzy detail with the buttons. One of the sleeves became the strap. Finally, I added an interior lining made from two handkerchiefs.
